Lisa Ann was mother of two children, although the children were not in her care. She was a long time resident of Surrey and dependent on drugs. We don`t know more about her life.
Lisa Ann was last seen alive getting into a vehicle. Late the next morning, her body was discovered in the parking lot of Hi-Knoll Park near several pieces of discarded furniture.
