Tina was mother of a baby born two months prior. On February 27 Tina was released from Orange County Jail, where she had been held on suspicion of loitering to commit prostitution in Anaheim, California.
She was trying to turn her life around and was looking to enroll at a community college to study business and the fashion industry.
Tina`s body was found at the beach. She was slain.
