Jemina was addicted to drugs. Three weeks prior to her murder she gave premature birth to a little daughter, D’ajae.
Jemina was shot to death. Her body was found partially clothed in the parking lot of an auto parts story. She was found face down with her pants pulled down. She suffered from what appeared to be several gunshot wounds.
Her murderer Bryan Leduff, age 28, was arrested and charged in October 2015 with three counts of first degree rape, two counts of armed robbery, two counts of aggravated battery, two counts of false imprisonment and sexual battery. He was arrested for the rape of an 18-year-old on October 3, the rape of a 22-year-old on October 17 and the rape of a 19-year-old on October 26.
