First a homeless man, who had been seen dragging Annetta`s body out of the vacant house he found her in, was charged in her murder. But he was released, because he wasn`t the one who killed her but instead had flagged the police down. The Wayne County medical examiner ruled that Annetta was strangled and died from blunt-force trauma
