Delencia attended Foerster Elementary, E.O. Smith Middle School and Stephen F. Austin High School. She had three brothers and one sister.
She loved sports. She ran track and was determined to win. In her last race, she was passing up all of her competitors and after she passed the third one – she collapsed. That ended her track career.
Her family loved music. She played the tenor drums in the Stephen F. Austin marching band. „She had a giving spirit and a great sense of humor. She made up the rules as she went along – she was truly one a kind.“ Delencia died from multiple gunshot wounds, according to the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.
The case remains unsolved.
