Rosemeire was an escort and had a disagreement with a pimp named Juninho, who had already threatened her according to witnesses. Other witnesses informed that the she managed other girls and passed the money to the pimp. The amount of the weekly transfer had been increased, but she was not paying the full amount, which provoked the fight.
Rosemeire was sitting on the sidewalk with three other women, around 10 pm, when a man wearing dark shorts and a light blouse came down Martinica Avenue, crossed and, when he arrived in front of the victim, she got up and started running. The criminal shot, Rosemeire fell, and he continued shooting.
She was shot to death with 13 shots. The suspected mastermind of the crime was a pimp who is in prison and the executor would be his brother, a 17 year old, who was arrested. Security images at the scene recorded the young man’s action.
