Sally was murdered by serial killer Anthony Hardy. She was discovered dead in his back room nearly a year before the deaths of Elizabeth Valad and Brigitte MacClennan.
In 2011 pathologist Dr Freddy Patel was suspended for concluding that Sally had died from natural causes and not considering other possibilities. A wound to the head and a bite mark to the thigh were recorded, yet heart disease was given as her official cause of death.
Her body had been discovered after police visited Hardy in relation to a claim that he poured battery acid through a neighbor’s door.
