Hannah took her own life in 2012 at the age of 20.
Shortly before the suicide, she was contacted by many people on Twitter, the tweets suggesting that something was wrong in her private life. Some invited her out for a drink on the night of the suicide.
One person claiming to be a friend on Facebook wrote the following on the occasion of her death: „I knew Katie personally and she didn’t love what she did, but she did it anyway. The porn destroyed the relationship with her family that she was just starting to reconnect with.“
